These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Matrix Track GPS devices, software and services. By purchasing a device or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide GPS tracking hardware and a cloud-based software platform for real-time monitoring, reporting and alerting. Features available depend on the device and plan you select.

Subscriptions & billing

• Devices include one year of software & SIM. Annual renewal fees apply thereafter.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Warranty

Eligible devices carry a lifetime hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or unauthorized modification.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully and only to track assets and individuals for whom you have the necessary rights and consent.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or data inaccuracies.
