Plug-and-play and personal devices ship with delivery instead of installation.
Price depends on the device model and its capabilities, any sensors or cameras added such as fuel probes, temperature sensors or dash cams, the installation effort the vehicle requires, and your fleet size. Larger fleets and longer commitments typically qualify for bulk pricing, which our team quotes case by case.
The first year of software and SIM is included in the package price. After that, an annual renewal keeps platform access and SIM connectivity active for each device. Renewal is charged per device per year, and multi-vehicle fleets are typically quoted at a reduced per-unit rate.
Matrix Track devices carry a lifetime hardware warranty. If a supplied device fails under normal use it is repaired or replaced, so you are not paying for the tracker again. The warranty covers the hardware itself; it does not cover physical damage, tampering or unauthorised removal of the unit.
